#40 : TOYOTA HILUX REVIEW

 

Sekarang saya memandu TOYOTA HILUX seperti gambar di atas. Ok just kidding! Ia bukan seperti di atas ini yang mampu membelah padang pasir

 



Gambar di atas pun bukan iaitu boleh membelah batu-batuan yang tidak bertepi!

Atas ini pula sipi - sipi . Cantik juga `single cabin` ini kan kan kan.

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Macam seperti atas ini sahaja `standard`. Berkuasa kuda lebih kurang 150 HP . Memang tinggi dan enjin diesel . Memang gagah dan sasa.

 

Cuma bila di jalan biasa sesak agak seksa juga untuk menekan minyak yang menderuman. Vrommm.

 

 

Kalau dapat seperti warna merah di atas ini menarik juga memang kesukanan.

 

 

Bodykit atas ini pun cantik juga boleh tahan dengan rim sukan hitam.

 

 

Kalau dapat seperti di atas pula boleh tidur berkhemah tidak perlu sewa hotel.

 

 

Sesuai untuk perkilangan juga seperti di atas ini.

 

 

`Lowered` pun menarik juga rendah barulah boleh pecutan tinggi.

#38 : Berakhirnya Perlumbaan F1 di Litar Sepang

Ahad 1 Oktober 2017 menyaksikan tamatnya Litar F1 Sepang sebagai tempat acara `Malaysian Grand Prix` setiap tahun. Pihak kerajaan tidak mahu lagi F1 diteruskan. Saya pun pertama kali dan kali terakhir menjejakkan kaki ke Litar F1 Sepang pada tahun 1999 waktu di tingkatan 5. Memang seronoklah dapat pergi ke F1. Dengan tempat letak kenderaan yang jauh dan jalan sesak memang kenangan. Alhamdulillah dapat duduk `grand stand` depan `pit-stop`. Yang menarik duduk di `grand stand` ni masa memula sahaja dan masa kereta F1 isi minyak. Yang lain masa lalu depan ni lah kereta F1 hendak memecut. Bunyi bising dia jangan cakaplah. Memang tidak sesuai untuk kanak-kanak dan bayi-bayi. Harga barangan `merchandise` memang mahal dan makanan pun mahal. Kesimpulannya semua mahal. Tiket sahaja yang percuma. Hehehe. Ada pelbagai pameran juga. Ramai juga pengunjung asing dan konsert selepas perlumbaan F1. Pada saya, sayang jugalah Litar F1 Sepang tamat khidmatnya namun mungkin ada yang lebih baik selepas ini.

Hujan lebat ini hari. Huhu. Kami melakukan TABATA di Stadium Kajang. Kesungguhan ber TABATA mengakibatkan kaki kiri lutut `injured` sedikit. Peluh jangan cakap lah.

Khamis 21 September 2017
Ini hari di Dewan Gemilang UKM. Dewan ini memang `best` sebab besar dan luas. Lantai pun layan kalau buat `push up`. Oh daku suka `push up` lebih daripada `burpees`. Oh ini hari aktiviti Plyometric & Interval.

Sabtu 23 September 2017
Timbangan untuk kali ke empat. Ini hari bergabung dengan kumpulan Bangi. Hari ini `Aeromix Dance` dengan Coach Helmi Tarabas. Memang layan lah macam-macam jenis joget di Dewan Bangi Lama ni. Coach pula bersenam senyum sokmo. Memang nak kasi kurangkan bosan kena pelbagaikan aktiviti. Oh untuk timbangan pula turun 2 kg Alhamdulillah. Hik hik hik. Oh main `dodgeball` sebelum pulang. Menarik juga permainan sukan ini. Main sekejap lepas itu kalah lah saya.

Malam ini di Dewan Gemilang UKM buat `Cross Fit`. Pertama kali ini! Fuh memang berat aktiviti kena angkat bola berat lah, angkat guni, bergolek, merangkak dan lain-lain. Aku memang suka dengan ini Coach Shafrin. Habis sahaja semua macam hendak pengsan.

Hari ini malam sampai lewat sedikit terlajak layan ~Titian Cinta~ . Aktiviti di Dewan Gemilang UKM `interval` tetapi penat mak hai.

Sessi di Dewan Taman Mesra. Timbangan lagi. Naik sedikit beberapa gram :( hari ini aktiviti TABATA dan aktiviti lain. Itu lah padah main-main kan ATKINS kan dah naik~
Ada lagi 2 minggu weh. Oh balik awal hendak pergi kenduri. Aktiviti memang kaw kaw cungap-cungap rasa nya.
